WHY
TRAINING
SWIMMING
IN BANYOLES??
Banyoles
possesses a 25
metres pool just beside the lake and tourist accommodation
to suit everybody, all in a ideal natural environment: The
Club Natació Banyoles, a swimming club with a long
tradition in this sport, obtaining during its history
important titles and participation in various Olympic Games.
Every year, in September, since 1944, the Crossing of the
Lake
is organised, with more
than 2000 participants from around Catalunya and France |

WHAT DO
WE OFFER FOR YOUR TRAINING CAMP AT BANYOLES?
At
Banyoles we give you the possibility of training under
different conditions, depending on the time of year and the
objective of your training:
- Indoor, climate-controlled pool - 25m. x 16m.
– Outdoor pool ( June – September) - 25m. x 12m.
– The lake, for your long distance training with a maximum
length of 2, 115 m.

TRAIN SWIMMING AT GIRONA??
At
Girona you have at your disposition a 50 metre pool. The
“Grup Esportiu i Excursionista de Girona” (GEiEG),
is one of the foremost sporting clubs in Catalunya, thanks
to their range of installations. |

northeast of Catalunya with a recognised sporting tradition
and an important sporting, historic and cultural heritage. |

WHAT DO WE OFFER FOR YOUR TRAINING CAMP AT
GIRONA?

Covered, climate-controlled outdoor pool - 50 x 21 x
1.90-2.25 m with the possibility of setting up waterpolo
areas of 25 and 33m. |

Climate-controlled indoor pool - 25 x 12.5 x 1.80 m. with
the possibility of setting up waterpolo area of
25m.

What’s more, you have at your disposition a range of
materials : Electronic waterpolo scoreboard, a stopwatch,
competition and training floats, a range of buoyant
material, waterpolo goals, megaphone...
